2024 Sponsorship Appreciation Program

Sponsorships from Businesses and individuals are greatly appreciated and are tax deductible. Sponsorships give us the opportunity to grow the market. They are a great way for you to get your name out into the Bartlett Community. CREAM OF THE CROP SPONSOR $2000

• Your logo will be included on the market website sponsor page and on any promotional information for the 2024 season.
• Your logo will appear on the banner that advertises the market for the 2024 season.
• Your company will be provided a booth space for promotional purposes two Saturdays per month. As the “Host Company” you and your employees act as “Market Hosts”. We encourage you to sponsor an activity or event: kids craft, plant a pot, spin for prizes, give-a-ways, balloon animals, face paint, demonstrations, etc.
•  Your company give-a-ways can be featured at the information booth. ​

BARN RAISER SPONSOR $1000

• Your logo will be included on the market website sponsor page and on any promotional information for the 2024 Season.
• Your logo will appear on the banner that advertises the market.
• Your company will be provided a booth space for promotional purposes four Saturdays during the market season. As the “Host Company” you and your employees act as “Market Hosts”. We encourage you to sponsor an activity or event: kids craft, plant a pot, spin for prizes, give-a-ways, balloon animals, face paint, demonstrations, etc.

 HARVESTER SPONSOR $500

• Your logo will be included on the market website sponsor page and on any promotional information for your sponsored dates.
• Your company will be allowed a booth space for promotional purposes two Saturdays during the 2024 season.  As the “Host Company” you and your employees act as “Market Hosts”. We encourage you to sponsor an activity or event: kids craft, plant a pot, spin for prizes, give-a-ways, balloon animals, face paint, demonstrations, etc.

            Your logo will be included on the market website sponsor page. Sponsorships are tax deductible and help to make the market successful.
 
CUSTOM SPONSORSHIPS

• We would be happy to be creative with sponsorships. If you have an idea that you would like to talk about, feel free to contact us. Some ideas may include a community shred day, community computer recycling event, etc. We would be happy to take your idea to the commission for approval.

MARKET TEE SHIRT SPONSOR $800

• Tee Shirts include the Farmers Market logo and the sponsors logo. These will be assorted colored shirts with one color logo. We will design the shirts and order them.
• Tee Shirts will be sold at the market and will be used for various give-a-ways throughout the 2024 season.

 
MARKET SWAG BAG SPONSOR $600 - SOLD

• Market Swag Bags include both the Farmers Market logo and the sponsors logo.

 

• Market Swag Bags will be sold at the market and will be used for various give-a-ways throughout the 2024 season.

 
CHILL OUT FAN SPONSOR $400          

• Hand held fans will be printed on both sides and will include the Farmers Market logo on the front and the sponsors logo on the back.
• Fans will be used to give away throughout the season for those hot summer days.
